mirror.co.ukLucy Mecklenburgh and Ryan Thomas have given a tour of their new home in Manchester before they start the renovations. The couple, who got engaged in summer 2019, recently bought the plush property with the intention of doing it up and giving it a complete makeover.
Taking to the Stories on the Instagram account they've made for the project, Lucy, 29, said she was worried about how the house was going to look as a lot of the features had been ripped out.
Inside the hallway the stairs and floors were completely bare as the old green carpets had been taken up. In the living room the walls had been stripped back, leaving the brickwork exposed. "There is not much to look at really!" Lucy said.
