Everyone sat down on their sofa to enjoy the Love Island reunion, just less than a fortnight after the finale aired. We were expecting drama, banter and some good telly.
Think the Love Island 2019 reunion where Molly Mae and Anton had a fight and Michael, Greg and Amber reunited on the couch. However, much like everything this 2021 season the Love Island reunion fell flat with people branding it ‘dry’ and ‘awkward’.
From technical issues to cringe-worthy interviews, viewers were turning off throughout the 90-minute show. Technical issues were abundant, with poor Liberty Poole’s microphone cutting out when she sat down to chat with Laura Whitmore on the couch.
