Love Island fans may struggle to recognise former contestant Harley Judge now after the star revealed a major physical transformation. The 27-year-old former groundworker from Norwich already sported a shredded six-pack when he appeared on series three of the hit ITV dating show, but has bulked up much more since his time in the villa.Harley now competes as a professional bodybuilder, and has kept his social media following updated on his physical transformation as he continues to pile on the muscle. The star revealed just how much his body had changed from May 2016 by sharing some throwback snaps on Instagram.Harley detailed his bodybuilding journey in the caption: “From a lad who just trained and learnt from YouTube and websites… to competing in my first show & placing/winning multiple shows.“To getting a coach & learning more and more about training + nutrition… to becoming a coach myself & investing more time into learning to pass on that knowledge to my clients,” he continued.Despite revealing in February that he had bulked up by 26kg in 26 months, Harley promised that he was “just getting started”, adding: “I believe this is my purpose”.The star also looked back on how much his life had changed in the past five years, sharing on Instagram that he decided to venture into bodybuilding after being in a job that “deep down I hated” and admitting that he “spent half my life hungover because everyone else was”.Harley said: “Physically I gained 30kg of muscle, mentally I’m happier with a much better mindset, I now have a successful business and career I love, I have travelled and competed in multiple countries.”Harley isn’t the only Love Island star that has become almost unrecognisable after going on a fitness.
