LOVE Island fans believe they have spotted a sign that Tyler Cruickshank and Kaz Kawmi are headed for more drama following the heart rate challenge.

During the last night's episode the boys and girls took it in turns to perform a sexy dance routine for each other - while their heart rates were monitored.

Not surprisingly Kaz raised boyfriend Tyler's heart rate the most as she performed a sultry dance dressed in a leather leotard, fishnet tights and red lace gloves.

However, Tyler's gyrating as a Love Island basketball player appeared to fall flat for Kaz when it was revealed at the end of the challenge that newbie Brett was the one to raise her heart rate the most.
