Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

LOVE Island bosses have revealed the show is bursting back onto our screens in less than two weeks. The ITV2 dating show, which sees singletons compete for partners and a huge cash prize in a sun-soaked villa, will return on Monday June 28.

The news was revealed on This Morning today when - in true Love Island fashion - Holly Willoughby received a text. The 40-year-old told co-host Phillip Schofield: "Oh it's quite exciting news. "It says at long last we can exclusively reveal that the brand new series of Love Island will be back on our screens on Monday 28 June at 9pm." However, she slipped up saying the show could be watched on ITV2 and ITV Tub - instead of ITV Hub, the channel's streaming service.
