In an attempt to win 28 year old Sam back, Zara uploaded an emotional video tribute to her ex-boyfriend containing a number of clips of the pair's 16 months together.
Many of Zara's 1.4million followers sent messages of support to her in the comments section, but fans were shocked to see Sam's sister Louise in the comments section.
