Ruth Langsford
Ruth Langsford (born 17 March 1960 in Singapore) is an English television presenter of shows such as This Morning, Gift Wrapped and How the Other Half Lives. Langsford is an anchor on ITV's lunchtime chat show Loose Women and presents Ruth Langsford's Fashion Edit on QVC. She took part in the fifteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, where she came ninth. She is currently the longest serving female presenter of This Morning. Ruth currently is more frequently known for her exclusive fashion collection, for British fashion label QVC. After being approached to curate a collection, Langsford signed a multi million pound endorsement deal that spawned 19 sellout collections; 18 of which debuted at London Fashion Week Women’s Collection.

He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

This Morning when Ruth Langsford thought Phillip Schofield was calling her a "well-dressed mutt".The cheeky comment came during a crossover segment on the ITV show, as Phil and his co-host Holly Willoughby were telling viewers what was coming up on the rest of the programme.Before the camera went to the Loose Women studio, Holly said: "Right, still to come… he's got the paw-fect Jubilee accessories."She continued: "Gyles [Brandreth] is back to show you how our dog can take part in the celebrations too."Before Phillip chimed in saying: "On the subject of well-dressed mutts, in just a moment we are joined by Sweep and Sooty as well to hear about their exciting new project."The camera then cut to the other studio with Holly saying: "First though, it's time to find out what the Loose Women are talking about this lunchtime.
