Loose Women stars Penny Lancaster and Janet Street Porter locked horns in a fiery debate on the ITV lunchtime show.Things got heated between the pair as they discussed the topic of whether ‘mum’ should be added to people’s CV as a qualification.
While Penny, 50, argued that it should be allowed, Janet, 74, put forward her view that allowing people to do that would discriminate against those who are not mothers themselves.

Explaining her viewpoint further, Janet said that if she were interviewing for a job she would look at what degree and qualifications the candidate held for the position.
