Everton defender Lucas Digne has been slammed for his recent social media post about Richarlison's horror tackle on Thiago Alcantara in last weekend's Merseyside derby.
Richarlison was given his marching orders in the final minute of Saturday's 2-2 draw with the defending Premier League champions for a reckless knee-high tackle on Liverpool's £27million summer signing.The Brazilian apologised for his challenge in a statement on his official website, in which he insisted he's not a malicious player.Two days after the first Merseyside derby of the season, and Reds fans are, understandably, still livid with the former Watford man's tackle.And that fury increased on Monday when Digne posted a picture of himself in the aftermath of the incident.
