Liverpool coaches Pep Lijnders and Vitor Matos have a special relationship with two Wolves players. The clubs have intertwined in recent seasons thanks to a series of transfers and connections - and that could lead to more signings for the reigning Premier League champions.
With Liverpool Academy graduate Conor Coady now plying his trade with the West Midlands side, there have been moves in both directions in the form of Diogo Jota and Ki-Jana Hoever.In addition, assistant boss Lijnders worked at Porto before moving to England and had a key part in the successful signing of Jota - which could be repeated in future deals.
