Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has given a "very positive" update on Alisson, who is continuing to recover from an injury sustained before the international break.
No. 1 Alisson started the first three Premier League games of the season, starring in wins over Leeds, Chelsea and Arsenal and making a penalty save in the 2-0 win at Stamford Bridge.
But he was ruled out of the trip to Aston Villa with a shoulder injury and in his absence the Reds were thrashed 7-2 on a humbling evening.
