Jurgen Klopp is confident players will be safe returning to training if they stick to social distancing protocols. The Liverpool boss admits he is “over the moon” to have his team back in training from Wednesday even if it is only in small groups.
There have been fears if it is right for footballers to return to training grounds amid the coronavirus outbreak. But Klopp is confident in the procedures put in place by the Premier League which insist on no contact training and regular testing in the first phase of the return.
