Perrie, 28, posted the sweet snap Axel, who appeared to be peacefully sleeping with his hand gently resting above his head. The doting mum simply captioned the post to her Instagram stories with a GIF of a heart, cropping the photo to cut out his face.
Perrie kept her baby son's name a secret for two weeks before taking to social media to finally share they had called him Axel.
