Speaking via videolink, the girls admitted to ITV hosts Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond that Jesy Nelson's departure last year has changed then as a band.Jade explained: "We are very much still solid and going strong."It's definitely is a shift but we have to respect each other and I think moving forward we didn't want to call it a day."We wanted to still go on.
