Levenshulme-founded bakery Trove to open new city centre cafe

The team behind Trove, which started life in Levenshulme in 2011, has taken up a unit on Fountain Street. Although this will be their first city centre site, Trove has also enjoyed great success with its second cafe in Ancoats, and the neighbouring restaurant Erst.

They'll be joining the Brewdog hotel and bar, and new fitness studio Reset at Bruntwood Works' Bloc building. Bruntwood Works have been redeveloping the previously underused area of the city centre, which is tucked away just off Market Street.
