Leeds United striker Noel Whelan has urged the club to complete a £5m swoop for Everton midfielder Fabian Delph, claiming "his experience and quality will no doubt strengthen Leeds United".Daily Star Sport understands that the newly promoted side are plotting a double swoop for both Delph and Danny Rose, with manager Marcelo Bielsa keen to add some Premier League experience to his squad.Whelan, who started his career at Leeds back in 1993, believes Delph would be a good addition but only if he has overcome the injury problems which have seen him make just 20 appearances for Everton this season.Speaking to Football Insider, Whelan said: "He's a great football player is Fabian, he can command and run the show when he's at it and at the peak.
