Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez is on Manchester United’s radar ahead of the summer transfer window. And the Red Devils would reportedly be prepared to hand the Argentinian a lucrative contract to lure him to Old Trafford.
The 22-year-old has a host of admirers across Europe, with top clubs circling for the goalscorer. PSG and Barcelona are hunting Martinez’s signature too, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is desperate for attacking reinforcements.
United are still yet to replace Romelu Lukaku, who is now playing alongside strike partner Martinez at the San Siro. The Red Devils sold Lukaku for £74m last summer on deadline day and brought in no new faces up top.
