Lauren Goodger picks up late daughter Lorena's ashes: 'She's now home with us'

Former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger has revealed that she's picked up the ashes of her baby daughter Lorena, who tragically died just hours after her birth last month.

Lauren took to Instagram to post a photograph of her one year old daughter Larose, as she wrote over the top: "We picked up Lorena's ashes today", with a crying, butterfly and angel emoji.

Heartbreakingly, she wrote: "She is now home with us". Announcing her daughter's death on 10 July, Lauren wrote: "She was the most beautiful healthy baby I’ve ever seen just like her sister Larose. "Words can’t describe as a mother losing your baby that I carried for all these months perfectly and gave birth too for my angel to be taken from me. "There was no pregnancy or labour complications and she was fine & healthy but I am not going into detail right now just know that there was nothing wrong with her or myself she was perfect I can’t understand it she is so so beautiful Larose twin so similar." She added: "I am broken.

I am back home from hospital Me & Charlie spent as much time with our baby girl Lorena and I haven’t said my goodbye yet." The reality star then asked for privacy during this difficult time, adding: "We have a lot of grieving to do and funeral organising that I just need this time & with my baby girl Larose she is my rock that’s getting me through this or I wouldn’t survive." Lauren's post about Lorena's ashes came just one day after she attended the funeral of her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean, who tragically died aged 33 in a car crash in Turkey, just days before Lauren lost her second daughter.
