LAUREN Goodger was left "screaming for help" and thought she'd DIE after running out of gas and air during an agonising labour.

The former star of The Only Way is Essex had a seven-hour natural home birth. But when her painful contractions started happening every 30 seconds, Lauren feared she wouldn't survive to see daughter being born. "It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in all my life," Lauren told OK!

Magazine. "I had a natural home birth with no drugs and the midwife said she’d never seen someone give birth so textbook, the way I did. "I was in my front room screaming, 'Please, someone help me!'" "I had a bit of gas and air, which we ran out of and they had to go to hospital to get some more, but I was in my zone and I did it.
