The weekly rates have fallen in two areas - Bolton and Stockport - but have stayed level in Salford, the statistics from Public Health England revealed.

The borough of Manchester continues to have the highest coronavirus infection rate in Greater Manchester. Manchester recorded a rate of 377.5 cases per 100,000 people in the week ending June 19, the Public Health England data said.
