Lanarkshire man broke into car and stole fancy hiking clothes

Clothing and posh hiking gear worth £1500 was stolen in a Hamilton smash and grab. The culprit, Neil Dewar, was tracked down five months later and found to have a fancy Rab jacket in his house.

Dewar, 50, of Hamilton, appeared at the town's sheriff court this week. The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
