Kym Marsh has promised a huge Coronation Street return for her character Michelle Connor.It will have huge consequences for the soap after Michelle originally fled the cobbles after realising Steve McDonald had cheated on her and fathered baby Oliver with Leanne Battersby.In 2019, after moving on with Robert Preston, history simply repeated itself when Robert found out he was the father of Vicky Jefferies' child - and Michelle went on to scam him out of the bistro and flee to Ireland.Last week, Kym recently appeared at the Pride of Manchester Awards to host the prize-giving ceremony for a whole host of worthy winners to honour the city's heroes.Among those receiving gongs were PixieBelle Sykes, aged just nine, who has endured four operations and lost sight in one eye after chemotherapy to treat a brain tumour - with her community rallying around to raise money for a new MRI scanner at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.Speaking ahead of the awards, Kym told ITV News: "The winners are amazing - they really embody all the qualities that make us so proud to be from this incredible city."They are so selfless and courageous, and of course the kids will melt your heart.
