Kim Jong-un's rarely seen aunt has been spotted in public nine years after the ruthless dictator had her husband executed. Kim Kyong-hui is the sister of Kim Jong-un's father and former North Korean leader Kim Jong-il, and has not been seen since January 2020.

She had formerly been a senior official of the ruling Workers' Party, but has avoided the limelight since the 2013 death of her husband Jang Song-thaek, who was executed for treason, reports The Mirror.
