Kim Jong-un has aired a strange new propaganda video on North Korean television that shows the slimmed down leader galloping on a white horse. The dictator of the hermit state can be seen calmly on the beach as the sun begins to set. However, another clip hypes up the action with Kim seen travelling on the horse at speed through a forest before he is joined by other riders with dramatic music played over it.A white horse is a symbol of his family's rule over the country. The horse riding footage was released in a documentary, entitled: '2021, A Great Victorious Year', released by Korean Central TV (KCTV).A film looking back at Kim’s year is typically released every year and is full of praise for his work. However, a scene in the film has sparked fears of his health after it showed him struggling to walk down a slope. The narrator on the film said: “This video showed his motherly side where he completely dedicated his own body to realise people's dreams.”In June, state media said North Koreans were "heartbroken" to see images of an "emaciated" Kim after he reappeared following absence from the public eye for almost a month.Kim has reportedly shed 44lbs after he returned to the spotlight looking much thinner than he has ever been before.

The documentary does not mention his weight loss but says the leader has tackled the country’s “worst-ever hardships” and chronicled a series of achievements throughout the year, including the development of destructive missiles and efforts to beat the Covid-19 pandemic.
