Steve Clarke 's men got their warm-up schedule off to a positive start. A late free-kick from Memphis Depay, whipped into Craig Gordon 's near post, sealed a 2-2 draw that was hard in a blow for the impressive Scots.
They'd led through a wonderful finish from Jack Hendry who broke character to fire one in from 20 yards after regaining possession.Depay equalised before half-time with a wonderful volleyed finish but Frank De Boer's team were limited to precious little by an organised Scotland team.
Kevin Nisbet came off the bench for Lyndon Dykes and had his first goal within minutes, arriving at the back post to convert Andy Robertson 's cross.
