Tristan Trevor James Thompson (born March 13, 1991) is a Canadian professional basketball player for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played one season of college basketball for Texas before being drafted fourth overall by the Cavaliers in the 2011 NBA draft. He also represents Canada in international competition. Thompson won an NBA championship with the Cavaliers in 2016.

Now Khloe, who shares three-year-old True with Tristan, went ring-free on Instagram stories over the weekend as she put her teardrop ring away in a jewellery box following the allegations.
The fitness guru waved her manicured hand in front of the camera while she filmed for social media. Speculation was rife Khloe and Tristan were engaged when she first started wearing the diamond ring but she denied the claims.
