Kendall Jenner has bravely opened up about suffering from crippling panic attacks for years. The supermodel, 25, joined forces with Vogue for a four-part series called Open Minded in which she will explore the "various causes and effects of low-grade anxiety disorder".
She shared that she began having the attacks a few years ago during a conversation with mental health experts. "Two or three years ago I genuinely started having very, very bad panic attacks," she explained. "I was having frights in the middle of my sleep, literally felt heart palpitations.
I couldn't breathe. I was pretty bad." LA County Department of Mental Health's Chief Medical Officer, Dr Curley Bonds praised the model for being so honest.
