A court ruling has granted Kelly Clarkson primary physical custody of her kids amid her divorce from Brandon Blackstock. According to Los Angeles County court documents obtained on Monday, November 30, a judge found that “under the circumstances present in this case, the interest in providing stability and continuity for the minor children weighs in favor of Petitioner having primary custody,” referring to Clarkson, 38.
