The couple have made no secret of the fact they want to get married and have children together. Carl, 32, was spotted leaving Tesco with a Louis Vuitton pouch and a Clearblue pregnancy test in his hand.
Dressed in a grey tracksuit, the former Love Island star also clutched onto a face mask after taking it off following his departure from the supermarket.
Rather than putting his purchase in his pocket or a carrier bag, he proudly held it up for all the world to see as waiting photographers happened to be there to capture the moment.
