Kate Middleton has left royal fans impressed with an amazing rugby ball trick while announcing her latest patronages with two organisations involved with the sport.The Duchess of Cambridge showed off her skills in the latest video she filmed with members of the Rugby Football League and Rugby Football Union.Wearing a blue Sweaty Betty hoodie and a pair of black Nike trousers, Kate kicks off by throwing the rugby ball to the air before the transition cuts to a young player, who then passes on to others.

These included Thea Northcott, a rugby union community game player, and Harry Newman from the England rugby league men's team.The Duchess is beaming with joy when she effortlessly spins the ball on her finger.The 34-second video ends as Kate holding the ball and striking a powerful pose in front of the camera.She wrote on the Instagram post: "I am so thrilled to become Patron of the Rugby Football League and Rugby Football Union – two fantastic organisations who are committed to harnessing the power that sport can have in bringing communities together and helping individuals flourish.
