As a member of the royal family and future Queen Consort, she now has the grand title of the Duchess of Cambridge. But while she was at school Kate Middleton had a nickname that was much less prestigious - although very adorable.
Kate attended St Andrew's School in Pangbourne, Berkshire, from 1986 to 1995 alongside sister Pippa. And when she returned to the school on a visit in 2012, she revealed her old nickname.
While chatting to some of the children, Kate asked if they had any school pets and said she used to have two guinea pigs. She added: "There was one called Pip and one called Squeak because my sister was called Pippa and I was Squeak." However, Kate isn't the only royal who went by a different nickname while at school.
