But baby Noa developed an infection in her finger and her temperature soared - with doctors fearing it could have been meningitis and septicaemia.
Luckily, Kate has told her fans she's leaving the hospital with an adorable snap alongside her daughter. The Virgin Radio host shared photos of baby Noa on her lap with a bandage on her hand, followed by the baby sitting in her pram.
