Kate said: "My son Billy was once thrown from a horse due to windy pops."She added: "Smokey, the horse was, turned around and looked at him to say 'I'm so sorry'"Always Billy, poor old Billy."At which point Ben and Sean Fletcher fell about the place laughing.Kate and Ben had been speaking to British dressage rider Charlotte Dujardin and horse Geo - Pumpkin who they call at home - when she was reminded about the horrifying accident.
