The Good Morning Britain star delivered an emotional speech as she picked up the Authored Documentary gong on Thursday night.

Kate, 54, won the award for her ITV documentary, Finding Derek, which aired earlier this year and showed the reality of Derek's condition and their family's struggles amid Derek's recovery.
