The 29-year-old star welcomed her first baby, son Cree, in December last year - and she has now opened up about the difficult birth.
The fitness fanatic is known for her regular workouts that she'd post to her Instagram page alongside husband Rio Ferdinand, but she has had to ease back into her active lifestyle after the C-section.
The new mum explained: "I had an emergency C-section, that's like major stomach surgery, so you really have to ease yourself back in and listen to what the doctor said.
