Juventus director Pavel Nedved has confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo will remain with the club for the 2021-22 season.Ronaldo's future has been up in the air following reports he was isolated in the Juventus dressing room, with team-mates believing he has too much freedom.Speculation over his future grew after former boss Andrea Pirlo left the Portuguese star out of the starting line-up for the last game of last season against Bologna.
Ex-director Fabio Paratici put the absence down to Ronaldo's excessive workload, but that didn't stop supporters speculating over the reasons behind Pirlo's decision.Now, though, the 36-year-old's immediate future appears to have been resolved following an intervention from Czech Republic hero Nedved.
