Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

mirror.co.ukJustin Bieber has reportedly splashed out almost £1,000 (over $1,000) to buy cannabis products. The singer, 27, was spotted at the Wonderbrett recreational cannabis store in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon wearing a green-and-white checked Liberal Youth Ministry top.
And the Peaches singer is said to have appropriately opted for Wonderbrett's peach OZ fruit purée edibles and one of every Wonderbrett strain, including Pink Picasso, OZ Kush, Pineapple OG and Orange Sunset.
While in the shop, Justin chatted with the brand's co-founder Brett Feldman, who told Page Six : "He was there for 20 minutes, spent over $1,000, very personable, asked a lot of questions." Brett continued to say the singer was "very interested" in the products.
