hereAfter two weeks of evidence at the Manchester Crown Court trial, the judge began summing up the case.Mrs Justice Yip told jurors the partial defence of loss of control would apply if there were 'extremely grave' issues that would lead Wadsworth to feel a 'justifiable sense of being seriously wronged'.Wadsworth says he felt 'humiliated and betrayed' after claiming Ms Belshaw made revelations to him on the day of her death, on May 20.The defence claims Ms Belshaw admitted she had previously facilitated an attack on him, and told him she had sex with family members.They claim she had been 'earning well' working as an escort while 'pleading poverty'.
