Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has lifted the lid on how he manages the side by “expecting my players to give everything” as well as using losses to motivate them.
The German has improved the Reds consistently since arriving in October 2015, registering a 60.5 per-cent win rate. It has seen them lift the Champions League trophy and sit top of the Premier League by 25 points, two wins away from the the title.
