Manchester United are hoping to win the race to sign sought-after teenager Jude Bellingham. The Birmingham City starlet is being tracked by a host of Europe’s top clubs with United and Borussia Dortmund believed to be frontrunners for his signature.
Bellingham won’t celebrate his 17th birthday until June but he’s already made 32 appearances in the Championship, 25 of which have been starts.
He’s excelled in central midfield, wide and playing further forward under Birmingham head coach Pep Clotet. United are so intent on beating off the competition to sign Bellingham that they recently invited him and his parents to Carrington for a tour of the club’s training facilities.
