McGregor is currently in the the Italian capital with his family and took the opportunity to meet Mourinho and share a whisky with the former Manchester United boss.
McGregor - a boyhood fan of Manchester United - has met with Mourinho on previous occasions as the two have struck up an unlikely friendship.
And on Friday evening, the two shared a glass of McGregor's Irish whiskey - Proper Twelve. Both men took to Instagram as they posted images of their meeting on Friday evening.
