After the October international break was brought to an end, the Old Trafford giants are set to launch into a tricky run of fixtures in the Premier League and Europe.
Starting with Leicester City on Saturday afternoon, they also play Atalanta (twice), Liverpool, Tottenham and near neighbours Manchester City during 25 action-packed days between October 26 and November 6.
Varane is expected to miss the majority of those games after United confirmed that he will be side-lined for 'a few weeks' after limping off at half-time of the Nations League final between France and Spain.
