Van Dijk stayed humble, suggesting it was too early for him to be included in such illustrious company, though Ferdinand had little qualms about plonking himself as No 1."I believe I was number one.
Serious. I'm going number one straight away," Ferdinand purred before selecting former team-mate Nemanja Vidic in second place.Perhaps out of politeness (or perhaps not), the former England international chose Van Dijk as No 3, prompting a modest rebuttal from his guest.
