John Lewis advert singer Lola Young's links to Amy Winehouse and Adele revealed

ok.co.ukLola Young's incredible voice has been chosen to soundtrack this year's John Lewis Christmas advert, which focuses on an alien experiencing the holiday for the first time.The 20 year old shows off her musical ability in a special cover of Together In Electric Dreams, originally released by Philip Oakey and Giorgio Moroder in 1984.
And while Lola isn't quite a household name just yet, her track is expected to rocket into the UK Singles Chart – propelling her to stardom.
The up and coming star is more than ready though, as she's managed by Nick Shymansky, who previously worked with the late Amy Winehouse.
Lola is a huge fan of the legendary star's music too, as she previously toldHelicon magazine: "I didn’t grow up listening to Amy Winehouse.
