As well as her shrewd design eye, she brought high-end contacts and Jigsaw now buys from the same cashmere suppliers as Chanel and Prada, and the same yarn manufacturer as Zegna.
And it shows.Over Zoom, Sykes describes the last three years as “bloody hard work” - but while it may have been exhausting to turn around a 50-year-old ship, it has clearly paid off.
