native, who grew up in the affluent View Park-Windsor Hills area, about 8.5 miles due south of Sunset Boulevard, almost immediately got cold feet and lickety-split flipped the nearly 5,200-square-foot abode back on the market just a month later at the exact same $1.95 million price.
