Chris Hughes was unable to resist getting in on the action as his girlfriend Jesy Nelson's pop band Little Mix released their new single Break Up Song this week.

The former Love Island star, 27, ensured all eyes were on him as he uploaded a video onto Instagram on Friday that showed him performing a solo dance routine to the new hit.

Flaunting his confidence, the reality TV personality could be seen gyrating his hips and wiggling his arms as he showcased his dance moves in the funny footage.

Chris, who filmed the post at his sweetheart Jesy's house, decided to don a patterned headband and tied his locks in a funky up-do for the recording and ensured he could move about by wearing green tracksuit bottoms teamed with a white T-shirt.
