ok.co.ukJesy Nelson has opened up further on the struggles she experienced during her time as one of the members of hugely-popular girl band Little Mix.
The 30 year old singer chose to step back from the group and strike out on her own last December after she admitted she was facing issues with her mental health by continuing to be part of the "machine".
Now the star has shed light on how she felt there was a constant comparison over her weight and body image to Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock.
She revealed she sadly always "felt fat" next to her "teeny-tiny" bandmates and even explained the physical side effects of what she would do to try and fit in with the others.
