Celebrity Big Brother star Jessica Alves doesn't want to be called the Human Barbie after undergoing gender reassignment surgery.

Jessica first rose to fame after spending more than £600,000 on cosmetic surgery, and was formerly known as the Human Ken Doll.

But the 37-year-old says she hopes the nickname doesn't follow her after having the six-hour surgery in Bangkok. "I hated the Ken Doll nickname," Jessica tells new magazine. " I think it came about when I was totally overdone.

I hope people don't call me Barbie." Jessica said she felt trapped and depressed when known as her birth name Rodrigo, admitting: "I was in a very bad place." She said the decision to transition came only after she sought help from a psychiatrist, who diagnosed her
