Jesse Lingard concedes he has previously struggled for consistency despite hitting the ground running at West Ham. The midfielder made a loan move from Manchester United in January and will remain at the London Stadium for the rest of the season.
He got off to the best possible start with a brace on his debut and also netted in last weekend's win over Tottenham. It completes a sharp turnaround with Lingard struggling for minutes at Old Trafford.
He was yet to play a league game as he slid down the pecking order under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The 28-year-old admits consistently producing has previously been an issue which may have hampered his ambitions as United.
